I would recommend the ramen for those adventurous, the taste is something to try and definitively unique. I did find the Signature ramen tasted like Pizza. Not sure if it had too much truffles or too many different cured meat in one bowl.

Very interesting! The broth is thicker, almost gravy, but not quite. VERY good, nonetheless! I got the spicy fried ηθ‘(gobo) to go with the noodles. The γγγγγπ΄π» in me really enjoyed that herbal flavor they added to things. The eggs were PERFECT! ππ»

I ordered the signature Ramen. It tastes so good! Everything in this Ramen is well considered. All the seasoning balanced together inside of the broth. Love the Gobo chips on top, also the duck Chashu. Will definitely come back

Iβve had MENSHO TOKYO in both Japan and the U.S., and both locations were outstanding. The quality is very consistent. What impressed me most were the noodlesβthey are springy, chewy, and have a great texture. Many ramen shops serve noodles that are too soft, but MENSHOβs noodles have the perfect bite. The broth and ingredients were also excellent.

Finally tried Mensho Tokyo in Culver City and it definitely lives up to the hype. The broth is the highlight β super rich but still balanced, with a lot more depth than your typical ramen. You can really taste the layers (mushroom, seafood, umami all coming through). Not overly heavy, just very well crafted. The toppings were also on point. The soft-boiled egg was perfect, and the chashu was tender and flavorful. I also liked the crispy burdock and garlic on top β adds a nice texture and extra aroma. We also tried the wagyu sushi, which was surprisingly good. The combination with uni and ikura made it feel a bit more elevated than your standard ramen spot. You can tell why theyβve been recognized by Michelin multiple years. Itβs not cheap, but the quality and creativity justify the price. The location is great too β right in the Culver City area, nice vibe for a casual meal and a walk after. Would definitely come back.
